Exchange

 

We have an exchange policy only; provided that item has never been worn nor washed. Grounds for exchange include purchase of the wrong size or color. This is subject to availability of items for replacement. Otherwise, payment may be redeemed as store credit.

 

However, we will not be able to accommodate requests for refund for reasons other than the item paid for being unavailable. When you decide a purchase decision, the store shall not be held liable for any subsequent change in decision nor any shopping regret.

 

In support of ensuring that your pieces will serve you well, we offer alterations and repair of pieces bought from us. Delivery fees will be correspondingly charged to customer.

 

Shipping Days

 

We now operate in a more lean way, given this, our production and retail will be unable to cater to instant shipping guarantee. Unless requested for speedy expedition of packages via Grab Express/ Lalamove; all packages will be coursed through partner couriers. Our team packs and ships parcels twice a week, corresponding shipping days will be reliant on assigned courier. We would be requesting one week allowance for you to receive regular packages.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
